Spinach Omelette

Breakfast plateIngredients

2 large eggs

¼ chopped tomatoes

¼ cup mushrooms

½ cup baby spinach leaves

1 tablespoon grated cheese

Oil spray


1. Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk together with 1 tablespoon of water.

2. Spray pan with oil and put on medium heat.

3. Add egg mix and cook for 2-3 minutes until base is set.

4. Scatter over tomato, mushroom and cheese. Cook until nearly set.

5. Scatter over the spinach, cook until set. Fold omelette in half and serve.
