Hummus

Hummus and pita breadIngredients

2 cans chickpeas

Olive oil

¼ cup Tahini

¼ cup lemon juice

2 teaspoons chopped garlic

¼ cup parsley

½ teaspoon paprika

¼ teaspoon cumin

¼ cup coconut flour or almond meal

Veggie sticks to serve

Method

1. Strain chickpeas but keep the liquid.

2. Pour chickpeas into food processor and blend until smooth.

3. Add all the remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth.

4. Serve hommus with vegie sticks.
